Q: Can my child play in a different age bracket? 
A: If you believe your child should be in a different age bracket please email the VP of your sport.  All email address can be found under the about us section, then the Our Board tab. Moving players up in age bracket is up to the discretion of the program director and league ,evaluations may be needed. Most sports cannot move players down, but acceptations may be made.  

Q: Do you accept late registrations?
A:  All sports try and keep a tight deadline on registration and we understand that sometimes individuals may miss deadlines. If you have missed a registration deadline please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. Re-opening registration is up to the discretion on the Program directors.  Please note: sports that are part of a league may not be able to add more players once team numbers have been submitted. 

Q: Can my child play more than one sport in a season?
A: In short, yes. But please note; your child is signing up to be part of a team and being part of a team is learning to be accountable and responsible. If your sports practice times/days overlap your child will have to chose which practice to participate in that day. If the two sports will overlap it is strongly discouraged to have your child to participate in both. 

Q: What is your refund policy:
A: Full refunds will be given to parents before registration ends. Once registration ends 50% refunds will be given. Once Uniforms and practices begin there are no refunds.  

Q: How can I get involved as a parent?
A: We welcome all to volunteer and get involved! Our program is ran by all volunteers, from our board members to our coaches. If you are interested in helping our board or to coach any of our sports teams, please send and email to [email protected] or select volunteer opportunities during open registration on your OCRC account. We also encourage all interested parties to attend our monthly board meetings. Attending meetings will give you a chance to have a say and give input on how we can continue to grow and better all of our programs.
