Christi Garrett

President of OLL/OCRC

Christi has been an active OCRC parent for nine years, with a long-standing commitment to supporting youth athletics and community involvement. In her professional career as a Business Analyst, Christi brings strong skills in strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational leadership, which directly support her role as President of OCRC. She has a deep appreciation for the Onsted community and values the meaningful relationships formed through her involvement with OCRC. Christi is honored to serve as President and is dedicated to advancing the organization’s mission and continued success.

Kimberly Barber

Kim is an Onsted native, OCRC parent, and long-time soccer committee member. With four years of experience supporting OCRC soccer and a child who has played in the program, she was recently elected Vice President of OCRC. Kim is passionate about growing the program and strengthening community involvement. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, designing, and cheering on her favorite soccer player.

Mary has been an OCRC parent for the past 4 years with her two kids in various sports. She strives to make these programs the best they can be for our kids and our community so we all can enjoy our kids sports journeys.

Alex Shaffer

Alex is proud to call Onsted home, having moved to the community three years ago after serving 21 years in the United States Navy. Soccer has been a lifelong passion for Alex. He has played the game his entire life and, since arriving in Onsted, has stayed closely connected by coaching local players and working with families who share the same love for the sport. Now serving as Director of Soccer, Alex is excited to help guide the program forward. His goal is to create a positive, competitive, and supportive environment where players can grow not only as athletes, but also as confident young leaders. In his free time, Alex likes to work on cars, play video games with his boys, and outdoor activities.

Jori Monnich

Jori is married to Andy Monnich and is the proud parent of four children: Emery and Braylin (4th grade) and Avery and Grady (2nd grade). Jori moved to the Onsted community in 2015 after relocating from Grand Rapids. As a stay-at-home parent, she brings a lifelong passion for athletics, having participated in sports since the age of 8. Youth sports are especially meaningful to her, as she has spent most of her life as a student-athlete and coaching youth sports through the collegiate level.

Shannon Robotham

Shannon is in her second year as an OCRC parent and grew up participating in OCRC sports. She has strong ties to the community and intentionally chooses OCRC as her children’s home base for youth sports.
